,About nine years ago I met David Goulet in my hometown back in Egypt completely by chance. It felt like one of those unexpected meetings life arranges for you ✨. What convinced me in the beginning, as a pharmacist, was that David explained yoga in a very clear, accurate way, using scientific and quantum physics as part of his approach, which made the basics suddenly make sense to me. Because of that, I decided to come to Koh Phangan and join the TTC. At the time the training was a very refreshing and original experience 🌟, different from anything I had seen in the yoga world. But the most interesting part actually happened afterward. Over time, after returning home, I began to notice that many things in my life started unfolding and aligning in ways David had described during the course. Years later I felt the hunger to come back for more 🔥 — and here I am at Pyramid Koh Phangan. David has more than 55 years of yoga teaching experience and has developed a unique Chakra Yoga system that works not only on the physical body, but also on the energetic and mental levels, offering a deeper and more complete understanding of yoga practice. Another beautiful part of the experience is the Pyramid Yoga Center itself 🩵💛💚✨ The center sits high in the hills of Koh Phangan with magnificent panoramic views over the ocean and the surrounding jungle 🌿🌊 It’s a peaceful and inspiring place, and it also hosts the Sunday Ecstatic Dance, which is one of the most rewarding and evolving dance experiences on the island. You can easily feel how much vision, dedication, and intention David has manifested into this place over the years — even in the spirit and energy of the people who work there. I guess if you feel ready for a real shift from the inside out… If you want to release what no longer serves you… If you are looking to transform your mindset and reconnect with a deeper much better version of yourself… then this place is something truly special.✌🏻✨
Doing the Yoga Teacher Training with Dave is been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! Since the beginning I was welcome as part of a family: they accommodated me with the transport and a very beautiful cottage in the middle of a tropical dream forest. Everyone is super nice and the shalas (pyramids) are incredible! David is an amazing teacher and human being: he welcomes everyone as we are and that creates a beautiful athmosphere among the studients (who each one of us is very special in our own and unique way). Each class feels like a rainbow 🌈 as he supports us to be that way. There is always fun and joy and a lot of depth in his teachings! I recommend doing studies with him to anyone that has already done a 200hrs or has a few years of asana practice to make the most of what he has to share which is a lot!
