I really love this sandbank, especially for watching the sunset. I’ve never come here to swim, and at this time of year the water in Thailand is very warm due to the dry season, so for me it’s more about enjoying the views than bathing. The sunsets here are truly special. Every single time I’ve visited, the view has been beautiful and never disappointing. It’s one of those places you could come to every day and still enjoy it just as much. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and peaceful sunset spot on Koh Phangan.

This location is stunning at sunset. You may even be able to observe crabs. They are concealed in the water, which is not shallow. There is ample space for walking.
