We had to check out early, and the staff were so kind to us and even gave us a ride to the pier to catch our ferry. Such lovely people, and for this I’d recommend going! We had a garden room, which was nice but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The location is 25 minutes from the pier and not much around, if you’re visiting I’d recommend pre booking a bike to get around! The beach at the hotel was a little dirty with needles on the beach and loads of construction noise going on at the hotel was doing work - Something to keep in mind if you’re thinking of booking this soon and want to relax at the hotels area of the beach or are booking a beach room.
We lived in one of the superior bungalows which was well equiped with everything you need: a tiled bathroom which was really clean, like the rest of the room. We enjoyed having breakfast at the resort´ s restaurant, even though it was nothing special and a bit expensive. We stayed there during rainy season in late september, the beach was popular but not crowded. Because it was off-season, the resort was doing construction work which was sometimes quite noticable while sitting at the beachbar. The beach was perfect for snorkeling and at night we even got to see bio-luminescent plankton which was quite special, but very dependent on the season/weather. Just be careful with the jelly fish when the visibility is limited.
